We are getting so close to Christmas and now more than ever, it’s good to have a meal plan ready for each week.
If you are like me you have a lot going on right now. Cleaning, cooking, baking, and getting ready for Christmas. Not having to think about what’s for dinner is so helpful.
If you haven’t made your meal plan for this week. Look at what’s cooking at our house this week.
I’m making one of our favorite chicken dishes this week, it’s chicken artichoke casserole. It’s easy to assemble and then bake in the oven.
You can even prep it ahead of time, place it in the refrigerator and then pop it into the oven when you are ready to make dinner.
We will also be having beef and bean enchiladas made in the slow cooker. It’s an easy to assemble meal that cooks itself. I used precooked ground beef from the freezer to make it even easier.
I’ll be making a new sheet pan dish this week. If it turns out well, it will show up as a recipe soon.
The rest of the week will be family favorites of pizza and Salisbury steak, yum!
