I can’t believe we are already entering the last three months of the year. Time sure does fly by and this week is sure to fly by too. So I’m glad I have a meal plan ready to go for this week.
If you haven’t made your meal plan for this week yet, take a peek below to see what’s cooking at our house.
We had great weather last week, almost like summer had returned but the rain is sure to start and not stop soon.
This week I have planned mainly skillet dishes to make getting dinner on the table and done a bit quicker. Plus when I make skillet dishes I don’t have as many dishes to clean up either.
If you haven’t tried the Salisbury Steak recipe yet, you need to. It’s one of our new favorites that the whole family loves.
Even though it’s not cold, I’ve started to crave some comfort food recipes so chili and cornbread is on our meal plan for this week too.
I’ve included breakfast for dinner one night this week. It an easy and inexpensive dinner that no one at our house complains about.
And finally pizza is added to this week’s plan. If it’s hot we’ll have pizza pockets made in the skillet or waffle iron. If it’s cooler I’ll make pizza in the oven.
