For recipes that don’t need an ice cream maker, a stand mixer is a plus. This is mine. I love her. She is shiny and red and does all the work for me.

Blueberry Ice Cream – Simply Whisked :: Blueberries are a super food, so that makes this homemade ice cream healthy, right? (Okay, it was worth a try.)

Galaxy Ice Cream – Some of This and That :: For real, this is so beautiful! I love all of the colors, and it also needs just a few ingredients. (She recommends these types of food coloring, which is what I often use when I need food coloring as well. It’s so much more vibrant than the ones we used when I was a kid.)

Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream – A Happy Food Dance :: What says summer like toasted marshmallows and s’mores? Holy yum! (If you’re making this with kids, you might love these s’mores and camping themed books and free printable set!)
