Happy Monday to you! How is your Monday starting out? I hope well. I know my week always goes better when I have a plan for our dinners. It takes away the last minute stress of what will we eat for dinner that comes around about 4 pm each day.
If you haven’t made your meal plan for this week yet, don’t fear. Take a peek at what’s cooking at our house below. I’m sure you’ll find something your family will enjoy.
We haven’t had steaks in a while. I love to grill steaks and our weather has finally turned a little warmer. Well, at least a few days a week. A few weeks back I got a g great deal on steak and we’ll be enjoying them this week.
I’m trying something new this week too. I make a garlic and herb seasoning and I thought it would be yummy on pork chops. This week we are going to give it a try. I’ll let you know how it goes.
My kids requested chicken parmesan which we haven’t had in a while either so it’s on our menu this week. As well as a big salad with cooked chicken on top, which is easy to make when you prep ahead the salad.
I found a package of meatball in the back of the freezer from a couple of months ago, luckily I labeled it and put the date on it so I knew what they were. We’ll be enjoying them with as bbq meatballs this week too.
Finally, I added chicken noodles to our meal plan for a cooler spring day when a comfort food sounds good to eat. I love how easy they are to make and how yummy they are too.
